Our Concierge officers provide excellent customer service, with proven experience working in a corporate and hotel environment, have outstanding personal presentation & professional outlook. We manage the smooth running of the ground floor area during the base building core hours. Our primary concierge services includes, but are not limited to:
- Providing high quality front line customer service and support by being the primary Brand Ambassador
- Greeting high profile clients with a professional & personal welcome;
- Ensure all security sign-in processes are followed for all visitors on site
- Perform daily first impression check list & monitor the front of house area & report problems observed
- Working within a team environment
- Oversee the presentation of the ground floor lobby & make sure they meet the required highest standards of presentation & ambience at all times
