• Provides excellent guest service to guest and employees by keeping a friendly and professional demeanours
• Crowd Control and traffic management
• Conduct metal detector screening, and search all bags entering the arena
• Enforce and uphold integrity of Arena by following policies and procedures as outlined in Safety and Security Handbook
• Regulate and control access to restricted and secure areas
• Patrols and monitors all areas of the venue and identifies safety risks/violations, and able to resolve them
• Circulates among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and proper egress flow
• Interacts effectively calmly with irritated or emotional guest and employees
• Prepare effective incident/accident reports, both verbally and written when appropriate
• Resolve escalated security situations, providing appropriate warnings if necessary
• Assist with directional and informational inquiries
• Perform a variety of duties often changing from one task to another of a different nature without the loss of efficiency or composure
